The Stock Market barely averted a nine day run of losses today. Had it been in the red today it would have been the first time since Jimmuh Carter was in the Oval Office. And now for the scorecard . . .

Consider the results thus far of the Obama presidency:

• Two million-private sector jobs have been lost.
• Unemployment jumped from 7.8 to 9.2 percent with a simply terrible 2011 first-quarter economic growth rate of just 0.4 percent.
• A record 1 in 7 Americans is on food stamps.
• Gasoline prices more than doubled, from $1.83 to $3.74 per gallon.
• National debt increased 35 percent, to $14.5 trillion, or $137,000 for each taxpayer.
• National unfunded liabilities increased 47 percent, to $114.9 trillion, or a cool $1 million for each taxpayer (and this does not yet include Obamacare).
• America is on the verge of losing its AAA credit rating.

Interestingly, liberals believe the problem is the “Carterization” of the President and not failing liberal policies.

The U.S. Border Patrol says agents caught 91 illegal aliens in the desert near Ajo. They caught these criminals last Tuesday. Apprehended were 90 men and one woman and they were all Mexican nationals.

The Border Patrol caught another 76 illegal aliens, 71 men and five women, last Saturday in a remote desert area near Ajo.

That is 167 illegal aliens entering Arizona that were caught by the Border Patrol in just three days. Even if the BP were to have a fifty percent apprehension rate in Arizona (and I don’t think they do), there would be 167 more that slipped through. That’s roughly 56 per day, almost four hundred per week and 1700 per month. Over 20,000 illegals per year could be entering Arizona alone, not to mention the other border states.

Keep in mind that I’m just postulating the 50% capture rate number and it could be a lot worse. The Obamination and Holder’s DOJ should just back off with their insane lawsuit and let the Arizona SB 1070 law go into effect. Associated Press and the other spin media should report the reality of the illegal alien problem.

Do you suppose that the unchecked illegal alien influx into Southern California has anything to do with the following graph of LAPD’s 206 most wanted criminals?

There has been no mention in any of the mainstream media in L.A. of the obviously lopsided statistical data. Are they intentionally concealing the data? They seem to go out of their way to avoid reporting surnames of criminals.

I’m just reporting the numbers here. If you have a problem with it then refer to the political correctness warning in the sidebar and the disclaimer on the ABOUT page.

With all the post election day coverage, the hearing of SB 1070 (the Arizona Immigration Law) arguments by the Ninth Circuit Court went virtually unnoticed by the media.

In addition to ignoring this landmark case, the media covered very little of Jan Brewer’s campaign for reelection. It’s like the media morons think that hiding from the issues will make them go away or something.

Statement by Arizona Governor Jan Brewer:

PHOENIX [November 1, 2010] – “Today the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal’s heard arguments regarding the State of Arizona’s request to lift the injunction put in place by the federal district court in July regarding enforcement SB 1070.

“My counsel, John Bouma, argued that this case is about what a state – any state – can do about a failed federal immigration system that even President Obama acknowledges is broken. There are very serious crimes associated with this failure, including human smuggling, drug trafficking and other activities involving coyotes in Arizona, as acknowledged by Judge Bolton. Arizona is on the front line in a fight against crime that is spilling over the international border. As noted in the court record, the federal government has essentially had to cede a vast territory inside the State of Arizona to the drug runners and human smugglers.

“With a federal government that cannot or will not do its job, Arizona determined that Arizona law enforcement officers would assist in the enforcement of federal immigration laws to the full extent permitted by federal law. The District Court applied the wrong legal standard of review and issued a preliminary injunction that preserves the status quo – a status quo that is unacceptable to the people lawfully present in Arizona, many whose lives are affected on a daily basis.

Although the judges asked challenging questions of both sides during this morning’s hearing, we are hopeful that after carefully considering the arguments, the Ninth Circuit will lift the stay and allow SB 1070 to be enforced. The health, welfare and safety of the citizens of Arizona are irreparably harmed every day the courts allow SB 1070 to be put on hold and the federal government refuses to enforce all immigration laws.”

This explains a lot about the President, the Veep, Squeaker of the House, and the hordes of political and media morons currently in charge . . .
