Spotted today in Lake Havasu City, AZ - a seventies all American muscle car. This Super Sport sounded and looked just as good as the day it rolled off the line. Bright red, with shiny chrome. The American Flag Arizona tags read “USMUSSL.” Very pretty. Clickable image taken by The Better Half.
We’re in Kingman, AZ tonight. Today, The Better Half caught this eclectic collection of motorized vehicles parked near Interstate 40, not far from Historic Route 66. And Right in the middle of the scene, the Mother of all Motorized Mechanizations - a classic Ford Model T. Clickable image.

The Better Half took this photo yesterday just as we finished loading groceries into the truck. The young man driving had his radio up loud enough that we could hear the Bobby Darin version of Mack the Knife. Seeing this car and hearing that song definitely induced a nostalgic moment. We’re on a little sight-seeing trip for a couple of days. The Better Half snapped this photo of a late-sixties or early-seventies VW Bus with doo-dads reminiscent of the hip-generation. I have to agree with Eric Cartman when he says “Goddamn stinkin’ hippies - I hate ‘em!” Clickable image . . .
