Comfort food in the form of chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy with bacon-savory green beans. Just as in our broccoli beef meal a couple of weeks ago, the beef component is, once again, tenderloin. I butterflied a filet mignon steak and pounded it out into thin steaks. The Better Half took it from there and created this mouth-watering feast for our Sunday afternoon meal. Yummers! Clickable image (drool warning).
