IWB Strike Holster - Break-in Report
I have been wearing the new IWB Strike Holster around the house and while we were over in Arizona earlier this month. I’ve had the holster since May 28th and it seems to be fairly broken in at this point in time. I used the break-in method that I found on-line at eHow. The holster fits Little Boy, my Glock 26 like a glove.
If my belt-line were a clock, The belt loop would be at roughly four o’clock over my right butt-cheek. It took me a while to get used to the gun in that position, especially when sitting back in a chair or driving.

I am pleased with the concealability if I wear a slightly larger than regular size T shirt or tank top. I have a few shirts that are too tight for me to avoid printing, so they’re not worn out among ‘em if I want to carry.

I have found that the absolute best way to break in a holster is by using it, just as you plan tom use it, but at an accelerated rate for awhile. Just wear it as you normally would, wear it everyday (with pistol in it of course) and go to the range often and shoot a lot firing after drawing from the holster. From the line draw, acquire the target, fire a few shots, reholster, snap closed or secure any retention device of the holster, do it all and over and over again many times in a day at the range. Fire a few hundred rounds this way. when finished clean the gun, reload, put back into holster, go home (if you can carry legally otherwise follow what you must by law. Repeat a couple to a few times in as short a period as possible. Do it three or 4 times and the holster ought to be ready to go. no need to soak, no need to bend, spindle, twist, mutilate or oil down - at least not with a quality form fitted holster - at least not in my experience. Note that also means no unusual twisting or stretching that will adversely effect holster and how well it holds the gun or how long it will continue to do so.
All the best,
GB

Sounds like good advice from an expert, Glenn. The Better Half remarked that you should know when I told her you left the comment.
