Sweet! How big?

Excluding the garage, 1300 square feet. Three bedrooms, two baths, great room, country kitchen and utility room. The garage is full-size for two cars and there will be an RV pad with hookups. All on a lot just a little over ½ acre.

It will be sweet. We’re closing escrow on the lot June 1st and will start building within a week after.

That’s great! I’m really happy for you two, even though I haven’t met you.
Hopefully we’ll bump into each other at Sharpshooter before you guys bug out for good!
