I’m a couple of days late on posting Ramirez’ cartoon that says it all about Congress’ and the Obamination’s latest fuck-up . . .
. . . and I challenge you to do as the cartoon asks - name a government program that is not losing money.

The engineer in me wants to fault him for his slightly distorted cylinder, but the patriot in me is quite willing to overlook that slight error.
The sad thing is that he would probably need one of those freakish double-ring cylinders to actually account for all the rounds that will be headed our way in a few years…

I guess it’s a poetic license sort of thing in cartooning.
More than sad, they will be using virtual artillery, not pistols, when they start lobbing in the rounds.
