UPDATE: Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor is the self-proclaimed “wise latina” that the Obamanation recently appointed to the Court. Sotomayor was a member of the Federal Seventh Circuit Court of appeals that ruled on the case now pending before the SCOTUS. Many believe that she should be ineligible to rule again on the same issue.
