A Cool Cadillac?
I spent a little time looking at pictures of Cadillacs on the internet and couldn’t identify the year and model of this cool classic. This was photographed in globally-warmed Northern Arizona late last year. Does anybody recognize this model? I think it’s a Caddy, but there’s always a little doubt. Clickable image.
UPDATE: Thanks to drjim, who pointed out this is actually a 1975 Ford LTD. The hood ornament confused me since it is similar to the Cadillac wreath and shield.

This car was parked in a KOA on the east outskirts of Flagstaff, AZ. The better half and I were on our way to the Grand Canyon and stayed in the KOA in a couple of feet of snow.

it’s not a Cadillac…..it’s a Ford. Something from the middle 70’s, to judge by the bumper.

Looks like a mid-70’s LTD.

Thanks, drjim!
I was confused by the hood ornament on the snowed-in car since it (sort of) resembled the wreath and shield seen on Cadillacs.

Yeah, that tossed me a bit, too, but when I saw those parking lights, i *knew* it was a Ford.
Had one for a rental car once. Worst. Car. EVER! What a pig! Floated all over the place, had the turning radius of a super-tanker, and the brakes were either shot, or just didn’t work very good from the start.

Yep those mid-70s land barges were something else.
By the way, drjim, I see we’re neighbors - I’m in grid square DM03UT.

Ever go to Sharpshooter’s?

Sharpshooters? You bet - most every Sunday with the Better Half.

Wow….I’m sure we’ve crossed paths, then.
Maybe we’ll bump into each other there. Just look for the white Jeep Cherokee with the callsign plates.
