Internal Security — More Signs

I found this K9 sign on the internet:

K9

Using that idea, I made the shotgun sign from one of Damsel’s photos.

911 - NOT

I actually have both - the non-attack early warning dog and a 12 gauge with a stencil on it that says “Use first then call 911.”

Ten Point Plan

From the NRA:

elitistBarack Obama’s Ten Point Plan to
“Change” the Second Amendment

  1. Ban the use of firearms for home defense.
  2. Pass Federal laws eliminating your Right-to-Carry.
  3. Ban the manufacture, sale and possession of handguns.
  4. Close down 90 percent of the gun shops in America.
  5. Ban rifle ammunition commonly used for hunting and sport shooting.
  6. Increase federal taxes on guns and ammunition by 500 percent.
  7. Restore voting rights for five million criminals including those who have been convicted of using a gun to commit a violent crime.
  8. Expand the Clinton semi-auto ban to include millions more firearms.
  9. Mandate a government-issued license to purchase a firearm.
  10. Appoint judges to the Supreme Court and Federal Judiciary who share his views on the Second Amendment.

Listen to what a Chicagoan says in response to Obama’s statements in Virginia:

Posted August 22, 2008 @ 07:54 AM by Carl in Chicago

“I am a strong believer of the Second Amendment,” [Obama said]. “Nobody’s going to take the guns of law-abiding Virginians away from them.” As a resident of Chicago, I know Obama and Obama’s history very well. Virginians, on this issue of your second amendment rights, Obama is lying to your faces.

Internal Security

2nda.jpgFor some time now, I have been a subscriber to the Patriot Post email newsletter and visit their site often. The Patriot Post is a very strong supporter of the Second Amendment. Their on line shop features a number of pro-second amendment products. One of these is a yard sign that emulates the signs that security companies like ADP and Brinks place in your yard when you subscribe to their services. It’s sort of like the sign I have in my window but a bit more subtle.

Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmer

I wonder if anyone really thinks this beast would do well off-road. I can just see it teetering atop a hill with neither set of wheels on Terra firma . . . but I guess that’s not the point, is it.

Patriot Pickup

I saw this in traffic today on my way home from work. The flags included POW/MIA, USMC and a lot of red, white and blue. Photo submitted herewith without any additional comment.

The Punisher Pistol

I have to say that this is a really cool-looking pistol. Of course, the theme on this website would make me a candidate for one of these if it weren’t for some adverse reports on it. You can read one of those at Gun Values Board.

Holistic

Last week, when I had the ‘opportunity’ to participate in team building, the moderator of the exercise kept using the word ‘holistic’ in describing something or another. Kinda confusing.

This is my take on what holistic means . . .

The Dragonslayer - A Pimped Out Tommy Gun

Found this by accident on a Finnish chat site. No, I wasn’t chatting in Finnish - I found it in an image search. Behold the Dragonslayer . . .

Weird - and purdy at the same time. Reminds me of a story about a golden toilet - but that’s for another day.
